Really liked the concert. Madhyamavathi was very soothing. Vasantha Krithi was very good. Liked it very much.

One tiny tiny point.

Isn't it Brihadeesa mohita, rather than brihadeeswara mohita? Makes no difference to the meaning, yet mentioning it to stick as strictly as possible to Dikshitar's exact words.

Incidentally, have you heard Maharajapuram Santhanam's Brihadambikayai in one of the albums?

Good observation !

Some authors like A.Sundaram Iyer and K.N.Shrinivasan have mentioned it as "Bruhadeesa Mohita" while in one or two other books, it is given as "Bruhadeeswara Mohita".

Meaning-wise ,both are same and I have learnt the latter version.

A complete concert!

Sanjeev's support was excellent. Percussion could have been better.

Again a Behag, brought me smiles. Now, with beautiful 'Muruganin maru peyar azhagu'

All your live concerts are livelier. Is that why it is called 'live concert?'
