Been a long time since I heard a detailed Manaviche. Pity this was an outstation concert :-( Sarasangi and Shubhapanthuvarali - like both of them a lot..

Ma'am,
First off, sorry for not commenting related to your post. But I needed to tell you this. I am a huge fan of your Nagumomu rendition (the western fusion version directed by L. Vaidyanathan). There is so much of Bhaav in the way you sang it, that it sounded more soulfully captivating than most other fully classical versions. I am saying this because there is the common belief that western fusion of carnatic music compromises on the soulfulness. Your rendition has helped me through one of the toughest evenings.
Best Regards,
Haritha
Thanks :-)
Glad that listening to it helped you during tough times.
For a musician, nothing more could give a sense of contentment than the fact that his/her music gives happiness and solace to listeners.
Good luck to you.
Regards,
Gayathri Girish
