How I wish I were there for the Keeravani Pallavi ! Such a beautiful Ragam especially for a Tanam exposition..hmm..wistful thinking sadly..

hello,

First things first...very nice blog. Its pretty informative with a right mix of your personal experiences in the musical world and concert listings.

As for this (B'lore) concert, I felt you have sung a whole lot of my favourite songs!! Palukava - a very nice departure from the Kulabirudunu that you usually sing.
Keervani too is a wonderful raga for pallavi.

Incidentally, I heard you in the morning on World Space. Saraguna in Kedaragaula was sung with a lot of style and panache.

Keep up the good work Ms. Gayathri and all the best to you.
