Very true, Team work works!
Shastry hall is a small place; Physical distance between the stage and the rasikas is almost non-existent. More the closer, the rasikas feel at home and fathom the depth of the performances held at this venue. Trust, it is the same with the artistes too. Furthermore, knowledgeable crowd gets assembled here. The rapport being at its best, (also) aids good performances, I feel.
